Working with GPRO

For organizations wanting to procure diagnostics or medicines through GPRO or learn more about GPRO products and pricing, the following provides an overview of the process:

  1. Fill out and submit the GPRO contact form in order to provide basic background and contact information.
  2. We will provide a Memorandum of Understanding and/or Non-Disclosure Agreement.
  3. We will arrange a conference call to discuss product selection, country/territory-specific registration requirements, volumes, shipment schedules, payment and delivery logistics and potential training needs.
  4. GPRO will provide a formal, non-binding price quote in writing. The quote will specify product costs, import duties/taxes as applicable, shipping and insurance costs and GPRO fee.  GPRO does not mark-up pricing; we do charge a 5% administrative fee.  GPRO will also provide estimated lead time.
  5. If you choose to procure through GPRO, we will assign a project manager to work directly with you. You will issue a purchase order (PO) to GPRO.  We will submit the order to the vendor on your behalf and confirm lead time.
  6. Product will ship directly from the vendor to your chosen location.
