\u53ca\u5176\u540e\u9057\u75c7\u662f\u97e9\u56fd\u7ecf\u6d4e\u548c\u793e\u4f1a\u8d1f\u62c5\u7684\u91cd\u62c5\u3002\u9ad8\u6548\u6cbb\u6108\u7597\u6cd5\u7684\u5f15\u5165\u4f7f\u6d88\u9664 HCV \u6210\u4e3a\u53ef\u80fd\u3002\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u4f7f\u7528\u9884\u6d4b\u6a21\u578b\u8bc4\u4f30\u4e86\u5b9e\u65bd\u56fd\u5bb6\u7b5b\u67e5\u548c\u6cbb\u7597\u653f\u7b56\u5bf9\u97e9\u56fd\u6d88\u9664 HCV \u7684\u4e34\u5e8a\u548c\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u65b9\u6cd5<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u91c7\u7528\u5148\u524d\u9a8c\u8bc1\u8fc7\u7684 HCV \u611f\u67d3\u9a6c\u5c14\u53ef\u592b\u75be\u75c5\u8fdb\u5c55\u6a21\u578b\u6765\u5206\u6790\u97e9\u56fd\u5404\u79cd HCV \u8bca\u65ad\u548c\u6cbb\u7597\u7b56\u7565\u7684\u4e34\u5e8a\u548c\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u5728\u8be5\u5206\u6790\u4e2d\uff0c\u8be5\u6a21\u578b\u5c06\u97e9\u56fd\u5f53\u524d HCV \u76f8\u5173\u5e72\u9884\u63aa\u65bd\u7684\u4e34\u5e8a\u548c\u7ecf\u6d4e\u7ed3\u679c\uff08\u4ece 2017 \u5e74\u5f00\u59cb\uff0c\u6bcf\u5e74\u6cbb\u7597 7,000 \u540d\u60a3\u8005\u5e76\u65b0\u8bca\u65ad 4,200 \u540d\u60a3\u8005\uff09\u4e0e\u56db\u79cd\u6d88\u9664\u60c5\u666f\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u6bd4\u8f83\uff1a1\uff09\u542f\u52a8\u8db3\u591f\u7684\u8bca\u65ad\u548c\u6cbb\u7597\u5e72\u9884\u63aa\u65bd\u4ee5\u5728 2030 \u5e74\u524d\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e16\u754c\u536b\u751f\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684 GHSS \u6d88\u9664\u76ee\u6807\uff0c2\uff09\u5c06\u5e72\u9884\u63aa\u65bd\u7684\u542f\u52a8\u65f6\u95f4\u63a8\u8fdf\u4e00\u5e74\uff0c3\uff09\u5c06\u5e72\u9884\u63aa\u65bd\u7684\u542f\u52a8\u65f6\u95f4\u63a8\u8fdf\u4e24\u5e74\uff0c4\uff09\u52a0\u5feb\u542f\u52a8\u5e72\u9884\u63aa\u65bd\u4ee5\u5728 2025 \u5e74\u524d\u5b9e\u73b0\u6d88\u9664\u76ee\u6807\u3002\u6a21\u62df\u7684 HCV \u5386\u53f2\u53d1\u75c5\u7387\u7ecf\u8fc7\u6821\u51c6\uff0c\u4ee5\u5339\u914d 2009 \u5e74\u7684 0.44% \u75c5\u6bd2\u8840\u75c7 HCV \u60a3\u75c5\u7387\u3002\u6d88\u9664\u60c5\u666f\u9700\u8981\u4ece 2018 \u5e74\u5f00\u59cb\u6bcf\u5e74\u8fdb\u884c 24,000 \u6b21\u6cbb\u7597\u5e76\u65b0\u8bca\u65ad 34,000 \u540d\u60a3\u8005\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u8fbe\u5230 2030 \u5e74\u7684\u76ee\u6807\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u7ed3\u679c<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e0e\u76ee\u524d\u7684\u201c\u73b0\u72b6\u201d\u5e72\u9884\u63aa\u65bd\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u5728 2017 \u5e74\u81f3 2030 \u5e74\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u6d88\u9664\uff08\u6216\u5230 2025 \u5e74\u52a0\u901f\u6d88\u9664\uff09\u5c06\u53ef\u907f\u514d 23,700 \u4f8b\uff0827,000 \u4f8b\uff09\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\u611f\u67d3\u75c5\u4f8b\u30011,300 \u4f8b\uff081,400 \u4f8b\uff09\u809d\u810f\u76f8\u5173\u6b7b\u4ea1\uff08LRD\uff09\u548c 2,900 \u4f8b\uff083,100 \u4f8b\uff09\u7ec8\u672b\u671f\u809d\u75c5\uff08ESLD\uff09\u3002\u5c06\u5e72\u9884\u63aa\u65bd\u63a8\u8fdf\u4e00\u5e74\uff08\u6216\u4e24\u5e74\uff09\u5c06\u53ef\u907f\u514d\u5230 2030 \u5e74\u53d1\u751f 21,100 \u4f8b\uff0818,600 \u4f8b\uff09\u65b0\u7684\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\u611f\u67d3\u3001920 \u4f8b\uff08660 \u4f8b\uff09LRD \u548c 2,000 \u4f8b\uff081,400 \u4f8b\uff09ESLD\u3002\u4e0e\u73b0\u72b6\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u91c7\u53d6\u6d88\u9664\u6216\u52a0\u901f\u6d88\u9664\u7b56\u7565\u5230 2030 \u5e74\u5c06\u5206\u522b\u8282\u7701 8.6 \u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u6216 11 \u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u8fd9\u9700\u8981\u5728\u9884\u9632\u65b9\u9762\u8fdb\u884c\u524d\u671f\u6295\u8d44\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u51cf\u5c11\u809d\u810f\u76f8\u5173\u5e76\u53d1\u75c7\u548c\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7684\u652f\u51fa\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u7ed3\u8bba<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u901a\u8fc7\u9884\u6d4b\u5e72\u9884\u63aa\u65bd\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u5e76\u5229\u7528\u6a21\u578b\u8ffd\u8e2a\u5b9e\u73b0\u6d88\u9664\u5168\u7403\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\uff08GHSS\uff09\u76ee\u6807\u7684\u8fdb\u5c55\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u8bc1\u660e\u97e9\u56fd\u80fd\u591f\u663e\u8457\u964d\u4f4e\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\uff08HCV\uff09\u7684\u53d1\u75c5\u7387\u3001\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7387\u548c\u533b\u7597\u652f\u51fa\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u7ed3\u679c\u5e94\u6210\u4e3a\u653f\u7b56\u548c\u51b3\u7b56\u7684\u652f\u67f1\uff0c\u5c55\u73b0\u79ef\u6781\u7684\u9884\u9632\u63aa\u65bd\u5982\u4f55\u964d\u4f4e\u672a\u6765\u6210\u672c\u5e76\u589e\u8fdb\u516c\u4f17\u5065\u5eb7\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u56fd\u5bb6\uff1a<\/strong>
