{"id":3074,"date":"2011-06-08T23:17:00","date_gmt":"2011-06-08T23:17:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cdafound.org\/?p=3074"},"modified":"2025-01-16T20:17:08","modified_gmt":"2025-01-16T20:17:08","slug":"a-systematic-review-of-hepatitis-c-virus-epidemiology-in-europe-canada-and-israel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cdafound.org\/zh\/a-systematic-review-of-hepatitis-c-virus-epidemiology-in-europe-canada-and-israel\/","title":{"rendered":"\u6b27\u6d32\u3001\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u548c\u4ee5\u8272\u5217\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\u6d41\u884c\u75c5\u5b66\u7684\u7cfb\u7edf\u8bc4\u4ef7"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u6982\u62ec<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u80cc\u666f\u548c\u76ee\u7684<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u516c\u5171\u536b\u751f\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u51b3\u7b56\u53d6\u51b3\u4e8e\u53ef\u9760\u7684\u6d41\u884c\u75c5\u5b66\u6570\u636e\u3002\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u901a\u8fc7\u5168\u9762\u7684\u6587\u732e\u7efc\u8ff0\uff0c\u6536\u96c6\u4e86\u90e8\u5206\u6b27\u6d32\u56fd\u5bb6\u3001\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u548c\u4ee5\u8272\u5217\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2 (HCV) \u611f\u67d3\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u56e0\u7d20\u3001\u60a3\u75c5\u7387\u3001\u786e\u8bca\u4eba\u6570\u548c\u57fa\u56e0\u578b\u5206\u5e03\u7b49\u56fd\u5bb6\/\u5730\u533a\u7684\u5177\u4f53\u6570\u636e\u3002 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u65b9\u6cd5\u8bba<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6570\u636e\u53c2\u8003\u6587\u732e\u901a\u8fc7\u7d22\u5f15\u671f\u520a\u548c\u975e\u7d22\u5f15\u6765\u6e90\u8fdb\u884c\u8bc6\u522b\u3002\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u5171\u5ba1\u67e5\u4e8613,000\u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\uff0c\u5e76\u6839\u636e\u76f8\u5173\u6027\u7b5b\u9009\u51fa860\u7bc7\u3002 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u7ed3\u679c<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u60a3\u75c5\u7387\u7684\u5dee\u5f02\u53ef\u7528\u4f20\u64ad\u9014\u5f84\u6216\u4e0d\u540c\u516c\u5171\u536b\u751f\u63aa\u65bd\u7684\u5f53\u5730\u548c\u533a\u57df\u5dee\u5f02\u6765\u89e3\u91ca\u3002HCV \u60a3\u75c5\u7387\u4f30\u8ba1\u503c\u6700\u4f4e\uff08=0.5%\uff09\u6765\u81ea\u5317\u6b27\u56fd\u5bb6\uff0c\u6700\u9ad8\uff08=3%\uff09\u6765\u81ea\u7f57\u9a6c\u5c3c\u4e9a\u4ee5\u53ca\u5e0c\u814a\u3001\u610f\u5927\u5229\u548c\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u7684\u519c\u6751\u5730\u533a\u3002\u5728 HCV \u7b5b\u67e5\u9879\u76ee\u5b8c\u5584\u4e14 HCV \u60a3\u75c5\u7387\u8f83\u4f4e\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\uff0cHCV \u4f20\u64ad\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u98ce\u9669\u662f\u6ce8\u5c04\u6bd2\u54c1\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e0e\u611f\u67d3\u65f6\u7684\u5e74\u9f84\u8f83\u5c0f\u548c\u7537\u6027\u611f\u67d3\u7387\u8f83\u9ad8\u6709\u5173\u3002\u5728\u5176\u4ed6\u5730\u533a\uff0c\u53d7\u6c61\u67d3\u7684\u73bb\u7483\u6ce8\u5c04\u5668\u548c\u9662\u5185\u611f\u67d3\u7ee7\u7eed\u5728\u65b0\u611f\u67d3\u4e2d\u53d1\u6325\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u6765\u81ea\u6d41\u884c\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u79fb\u6c11\u662f\u5f71\u54cd\u611f\u67d3\u603b\u6570\u548c\u57fa\u56e0\u578b\u5206\u5e03\u7684\u53e6\u4e00\u4e2a\u56e0\u7d20\u3002\u4ee5\u8272\u5217\u7ea6\u6709 70% \u75c5\u4f8b\u3001\u5fb7\u56fd\u7ea6\u6709 37% \u75c5\u4f8b\u548c\u745e\u58eb\u7ea6\u6709 33% \u75c5\u4f8b\u5e76\u975e\u51fa\u751f\u5728\u8be5\u56fd\u3002\u603b\u4e4b\uff0cHCV \u6d41\u884c\u75c5\u5b66\u5728\u6b27\u6d32\u3001\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u548c\u4ee5\u8272\u5217\u4e4b\u95f4\u8868\u73b0\u51fa\u5f88\u5927\u7684\u5dee\u5f02\u3002 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u7ed3\u8bba<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5c3d\u7ba1\u5df2\u6839\u9664\u8840\u6db2\u5236\u54c1\u4f20\u64ad\uff0c\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\u611f\u67d3\u4ecd\u7136\u662f\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u8840\u6e90\u6027\u611f\u67d3\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u56fd\u5bb6\uff1a<\/strong> \u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u3001\u6377\u514b\u5171\u548c\u56fd\u3001\u6cd5\u56fd\u3001\u5fb7\u56fd\u3001\u5e0c\u814a\u3001\u5308\u7259\u5229\u3001\u4ee5\u8272\u5217\u3001\u610f\u5927\u5229\u3001\u632a\u5a01\u3001\u6ce2\u5170\u3001\u8461\u8404\u7259\u3001\u7f57\u9a6c\u5c3c\u4e9a\u3001\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u3001\u897f\u73ed\u7259\u3001\u745e\u5178\u3001\u745e\u58eb\u3001\u571f\u8033\u5176\u3001\u82f1\u56fd<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-outline is-style-outline--1\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-text-color wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/21651702\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u9605\u8bfb\u5b8c\u6574\u62a5\u544a<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Summary Background and Aim Decisions on public health issues are dependent on reliable epidemiological data.
