{"id":3045,"date":"2013-05-06T22:17:00","date_gmt":"2013-05-06T22:17:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cdafound.org\/?p=3045"},"modified":"2025-01-16T19:32:52","modified_gmt":"2025-01-16T19:32:52","slug":"chronic-hepatitis-c-virus-hcv-disease-burden-and-cost-in-the-united-states","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cdafound.org\/zh\/chronic-hepatitis-c-virus-hcv-disease-burden-and-cost-in-the-united-states\/","title":{"rendered":"\u7f8e\u56fd\u6162\u6027\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\uff08HCV\uff09\u75be\u75c5\u8d1f\u62c5\u548c\u8d39\u7528"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u6982\u62ec<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2 (HCV) \u611f\u67d3\u662f\u5bfc\u81f4\u809d\u786c\u5316\u3001\u809d\u7ec6\u80de\u764c\u548c\u809d\u79fb\u690d\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u539f\u56e0\u3002\u6df1\u5165\u4e86\u89e3 HCV \u75be\u75c5\u8fdb\u5c55\u53ca\u5176\u76f8\u5173\u8d39\u7528\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u533b\u5b66\u754c\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u7ba1\u7406 HCV \u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u5e76\u6839\u636e\u591a\u79cd\u5f3a\u6548\u6297 HCV \u7597\u6cd5\u7684\u51fa\u73b0\u5236\u5b9a\u6cbb\u7597\u7b56\u7565\u3002\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u4f7f\u7528\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u5305\u542b 36 \u4e2a\u961f\u5217\u7684\u7cfb\u7edf\u52a8\u529b\u5b66\u6a21\u578b\uff0c\u4ee5\u63d0\u4f9b\u6700\u5927\u7684\u7075\u6d3b\u6027\u548c\u66f4\u51c6\u786e\u7684\u9884\u6d4b\u3002\u4f30\u8ba1 2010 \u5e74\u65b0\u53d1\u611f\u67d3\u75c5\u4f8b\u4e3a 16,020 \u4f8b\uff0895% \u7f6e\u4fe1\u533a\u95f4\uff0c13,510-19,510 \u4f8b\uff09\u3002HCV \u75c5\u6bd2\u8840\u75c7\u60a3\u75c5\u7387\u5728 1994 \u5e74\u8fbe\u5230\u5cf0\u503c\uff0c\u4e3a 330 \u4e07\uff08280-400 \u4e07\uff09\uff0c\u4f46\u9884\u8ba1\u5230 2030 \u5e74\u5c06\u4e0b\u964d\u4e09\u5206\u4e4b\u4e8c\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u665a\u671f\u809d\u75c5\u7684\u60a3\u75c5\u7387\u9884\u8ba1\u5c06\u4e0a\u5347\uff0c\u6162\u6027 HCV \u611f\u67d3\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u603b\u8d39\u7528\u4e5f\u5c06\u4e0a\u5347\u3002\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\u611f\u67d3\u8005\u7684\u603b\u6210\u672c\u4f30\u8ba1\u4e3a$65\u4ebf\uff08$43-$84\u4ebf\uff09\uff0c\u5e76\u5c06\u57282024\u5e74\u8fbe\u5230\u5cf0\u503c$91\u4ebf\uff08$64-$133\u4ebf\uff09\u30022011\u5e74\uff0c\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\u611f\u67d3\u8005\u7684\u7ec8\u751f\u6210\u672c\u4f30\u8ba1\u4e3a$64,490\u7f8e\u5143\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u9884\u671f\u5bff\u547d\u8f83\u957f\u7684\u4eba\u7fa4\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e00\u6210\u672c\u660e\u663e\u66f4\u9ad8\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u7ed3\u8bba<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8fd9\u9879\u5206\u6790\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u611f\u67d3\u7387\u8f83\u4f4e\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\uff08HCV\uff09\u7684\u60a3\u75c5\u7387\u6b63\u5728\u4e0b\u964d\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u665a\u671f\u809d\u75c5\u7684\u60a3\u75c5\u7387\u4ee5\u53ca\u76f8\u5e94\u7684\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u5065\u8d39\u7528\u5c06\u7ee7\u7eed\u4e0a\u5347\u3002HCV\u611f\u67d3\u8005\u7684\u7ec8\u751f\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u5065\u8d39\u7528\u663e\u8457\u9ad8\u4e8e\u975e\u611f\u67d3\u8005\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u79ef\u6781\u7684\u7ba1\u7406\u53ef\u4ee5\u663e\u8457\u964d\u4f4eHCV\u611f\u67d3\u7387\u3002(HEPATOLOGY 2013;57:2164-2170)\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u56fd\u5bb6\uff1a<\/strong> \u7f8e\u56fd<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-outline is-style-outline--1\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-text-color wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/23280550\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u9605\u8bfb\u5b8c\u6574\u62a5\u544a<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Summary Hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection is a leading cause of cirrhosis, hepatocellular carcinoma, and liver transplantation.
