class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u80cc\u666f<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u5c1a\u65e0\u6db5\u76d6\u610f\u5927\u5229\u5168\u6c11\u7684\u5168\u56fd\u6027\u6d41\u884c\u75c5\u5b66\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u65e8\u5728\u63cf\u8ff0\u672a\u6765\u51e0\u5e74\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\uff08HCV\uff09\u5728\u610f\u5927\u5229\u53ef\u80fd\u9020\u6210\u7684\u6d41\u884c\u75c5\u5b66\u548c\u7ecf\u6d4e\u8d1f\u62c5\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u8fd8\u8003\u8651\u4e86\u672a\u6765\u6297\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\u6cbb\u7597\u53ef\u80fd\u5bf9\u75be\u75c5\u8d1f\u62c5\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u672c\u5206\u6790\u4ee5\u610f\u5927\u5229\u56fd\u5bb6\u533b\u7597\u670d\u52a1\u4f53\u7cfb\uff08NHS\uff09\u4e3a\u89c6\u89d2\uff0c\u6db5\u76d62012\u5e74\u81f32030\u5e74\u671f\u95f4\u7684\u75be\u75c5\u8d1f\u62c5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u65b9\u6cd5<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e3a\u91cf\u5316 1950 \u5e74\u81f3 2030 \u5e74\u671f\u95f4 HCV \u611f\u67d3\u4eba\u7fa4\u7684\u75c5\u60c5\u8fdb\u5c55\u548c\u76f8\u5173\u8d39\u7528\uff0c\u5bf9\u610f\u5927\u5229\u5df2\u53d1\u8868\u7684\u7cfb\u7edf\u52a8\u529b\u5b66\u6a21\u578b\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u8c03\u6574\u3002\u8be5\u6a21\u578b\u7ed3\u6784\u57fa\u4e8e\u53cd\u6620\u75be\u75c5\u81ea\u7136\u53f2\u7684\u8f6c\u79fb\u6982\u7387\u3002\u4e3a\u8bc4\u4f30\u5f53\u524d\u6297 HCV \u6cbb\u7597\u7b56\u7565\u5bf9\u57fa\u56e0 1 \u578b\u548c 4 \u578b\u7684\u7597\u6548\uff0c\u5bf9\u535a\u8d5b\u6cfc\u97e6\u548c\u7279\u62c9\u6cfc\u97e6\u5728\u6ce8\u518c\u4e34\u5e8a\u8bd5\u9a8c\u4e2d\u7684\u6301\u7eed\u75c5\u6bd2\u5b66\u5e94\u7b54 (SVR) \u7387\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u8bc4\u4f30\u3002\u5047\u8bbe\u63a5\u53d7\u805a\u4e59\u4e8c\u9187\u5e72\u6270\u7d20 + \u5229\u5df4\u97e6\u6797\u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u7597\u6548\u4e0e\u535a\u8d5b\u6cfc\u97e6\u548c\u7279\u62c9\u6cfc\u97e6\u968f\u673a\u4e34\u5e8a\u8bd5\u9a8c (RCT) \u7684\u5b89\u6170\u5242\u7ec4\u76f8\u540c\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u57fa\u56e0 2\/3 \u578b\u60a3\u8005\uff0c\u5047\u8bbe\u53cc\u8054\u7597\u6cd5\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u7597\u6548\u7b49\u4e8e\u6587\u732e\u4e2d\u7684 SVR \u7387\u3002\u6839\u636e\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u76ee\u7684\uff0c\u8be5\u6a21\u578b\u4ec5\u5305\u62ec\u610f\u5927\u5229 NHS \u53d1\u751f\u7684\u76f4\u63a5\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u5065\u6210\u672c\uff08\u4f4f\u9662\u3001\u836f\u7269\u3001\u6cbb\u7597\u548c\u60a3\u8005\u62a4\u7406\uff09\u3002\u6210\u672c\u662f\u6839\u636e\u610f\u5927\u5229\u5df2\u53d1\u8868\u7684\u79d1\u5b66\u6587\u732e\u63a8\u65ad\u5f97\u51fa\u7684\uff0c\u5e76\u91c7\u75282012\u5e74\u610f\u5927\u5229\u56fd\u5bb6\u7edf\u8ba1\u5c40\uff08ISTAT\uff09\u4ef7\u683c\u6307\u6570\u7cfb\u7edf\u8fdb\u884c\u8d27\u5e01\u91cd\u4f30\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u8bc4\u4f30\u672a\u6765\u6297\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\u6cbb\u7597\u5bf9\u75be\u75c5\u8d1f\u62c5\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5047\u8bbe\u4e86\u4e09\u79cd\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u60c5\u666f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u7ed3\u679c<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u603b\u4f53\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u5728\u610f\u5927\u5229\uff0c2012 \u5e74\u611f\u67d3\u8005\u4f30\u8ba1\u6709 120 \u4e07\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u7ea6 211,000 \u540d\u60a3\u8005\u88ab\u786e\u8bca\uff0c\u800c\u5b9e\u9645\u4e0a\u53ea\u6709\u7ea6 11,800 \u540d\u60a3\u8005\u5728\u63a5\u53d7\u6297 HCV \u836f\u7269\u6cbb\u7597\u3002\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u5065\u6210\u672c\u7684\u964d\u4f4e\u4e0e\u60a3\u75c5\u7387\u7684\u4e0b\u964d\u76f8\u5173\u3002\u4e8b\u5b9e\u4e0a\uff0c\u4e00\u65e6\u652f\u51fa\u5728\u672c\u5341\u5e74\u8fbe\u5230\u5cf0\u503c\uff08\u7ea6 5.27 \u4ebf\u6b27\u5143\uff09\uff0c\u8be5\u6a21\u578b\u9884\u6d4b\u6210\u672c\u5728\u672a\u6765 18 \u5e74\u5185\u4f1a\u964d\u4f4e\u3002\u5230 2030 \u5e74\uff0c\u57fa\u4e8e\u76ee\u524d\u66f4\u6709\u6548\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u4e0e HCV \u60a3\u8005\u7ba1\u7406\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u76f4\u63a5\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u5065\u6210\u672c\u53ef\u80fd\u8fbe\u5230 3.46 \u4ebf\u6b27\u5143\uff08\u4e0e 2012 \u5e74\u76f8\u6bd4 -34.3%\uff09\u3002\u7b2c\u4e00\u79cd\u60c5\u666f\uff082015 \u5e74\u7684\u65b0\u7597\u6cd5\uff0cSVR =90% \u4e14\u63a5\u53d7\u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u6570\u91cf\u76f8\u540c\uff09\u4e0e HCV \u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u4e34\u5e8a\u540e\u679c\u51cf\u5c11\uff08\u60a3\u75c5\u7387 =-3%\uff09\u548c\u76f4\u63a5\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u5065\u8d39\u7528\u51cf\u5c11\u76f8\u5173\uff0c\u51cf\u5c11\u91cf\u4e3a 1110 \u4e07\u6b27\u5143\u3002\u7b2c\u4e8c\u79cd\u60c5\u666f\uff08\u63a5\u53d7\u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u4eba\u6570\u589e\u52a0\u81f312,790\u4eba\uff09\u4f7f\u6210\u672c\u589e\u91cf\u51cf\u5c11\u4e86730\u4e07\u6b27\u5143\uff0c\u51c0\u51cf\u5e45\u8fbe\u52301,840\u4e07\u6b27\u5143\u3002\u5728\u7b2c\u4e09\u79cd\u60c5\u666f\uff08\u63a5\u53d7\u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u4eba\u6570\u4e3a16,770\u4eba\uff09\u4e2d\uff0c\u9884\u8ba1\u76f4\u63a5\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u5065\u6210\u672c\u51c0\u51cf\u5e45\u5c06\u9ad8\u4e8e\u57fa\u51c6\u60c5\u666f\uff084,400\u4e07\u6b27\u5143\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u7ed3\u8bba<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u6a21\u578b\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u5f15\u5165\u66f4\u6709\u6548\u7684\u65b0\u6cbb\u7597\u65b9\u6cd5\u53ef\u4ee5\u57fa\u672c\u6839\u9664
