{"id":2684,"date":"2014-06-04T22:40:00","date_gmt":"2014-06-04T22:40:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cdafound.org\/?p=2684"},"modified":"2025-01-16T15:53:26","modified_gmt":"2025-01-16T15:53:26","slug":"hepatitis-c-epidemiology-in-belgium","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cdafound.org\/zh\/hepatitis-c-epidemiology-in-belgium\/","title":{"rendered":"\u6bd4\u5229\u65f6\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u6d41\u884c\u75c5\u5b66"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u6982\u62ec<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u80cc\u666f<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2 (HCV) \u611f\u67d3\u8d1f\u62c5\u6c89\u91cd\uff0c\u4e14\u968f\u7740\u4eba\u53e3\u8001\u9f84\u5316\u800c\u4e0d\u65ad\u52a0\u91cd\u3002\u4e00\u9879\u6db5\u76d6\u6bd4\u5229\u65f6\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u8bb8\u591a\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u5efa\u6a21\u7814\u7a76\u7ed3\u679c\u4e8e 2014 \u5e74 4 \u6708\u53d1\u8868\u3002\u672c\u6587\u5c06\u6df1\u5165\u63a2\u8ba8\u6bd4\u5229\u65f6\u7684 HCV \u6d41\u884c\u75c5\u5b66\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u65b9\u6cd5<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e3a\u8bc4\u4f30\u6bd4\u5229\u65f6\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\uff08HCV\uff09\u7684\u5386\u53f2\u548c\u5f53\u524d\u4e34\u5e8a\u8d1f\u62c5\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u7cfb\u7edf\u6027\u6587\u732e\u7efc\u8ff0\u3002\u4e24\u4e2a\u4e13\u5bb6\u5c0f\u7ec4\u53ec\u5f00\u4f1a\u8bae\uff0c\u8ba8\u8bba\u73b0\u6709\u6570\u636e\u7684\u4f18\u52bf\u548c\u5c40\u9650\u6027\uff0c\u5e76\u5c31HCV\u75c5\u4f8b\u603b\u6570\u3001\u786e\u8bca\u75c5\u4f8b\u6570\u3001\u6cbb\u7597\u548c\u6cbb\u6108\u60a3\u8005\u6570\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u4f30\u8ba1\u503c\u8fbe\u6210\u5171\u8bc6\uff0c\u5e76\u5236\u5b9a\u4e86\u6f5c\u5728\u7684HCV\u63a7\u5236\u7b56\u7565\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u7ed3\u679c<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u867d\u7136\u76ee\u524d\u5c1a\u65e0\u5168\u56fd\u6027\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u4f46\u636e\u4f30\u8ba1\uff0c1994 \u5e74\u6709 70,000 \u4f8b\uff0810,000-91,000 \u4f8b\uff09HCV \u75c5\u6bd2\u8840\u75c7\u611f\u67d3\u3002\u5230 2010 \u5e74\uff0c\u4f30\u8ba1\u6709 22,900 \u4f8b\u786e\u8bca\u60a3\u6709 HCV \u75c5\u6bd2\u8840\u75c7\uff0c2011 \u5e74\u6bcf\u5e74\u7ea6\u6709 710 \u540d\u60a3\u8005\u63a5\u53d7\u6cbb\u7597\u30022011 \u5e74\uff0c\u4f30\u8ba1\u6709 131 \u4f8b TP3T \u809d\u79fb\u690d\u4e0e HCV \u611f\u67d3\u6709\u5173\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u57fa\u56e0 1 \u578b\u5360\u4e3b\u5bfc\u5730\u4f4d\uff08591 \u4f8b TP3T\uff09\uff0c\u5176\u6b21\u662f\u57fa\u56e0 3 \u578b\uff08191 \u4f8b TP3T\uff09\u548c 4 \u578b\uff08141 \u4f8b TP3T\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u7ed3\u8bba<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5df2\u53d1\u8868\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u62a5\u544a\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\uff08HCV\uff09\u60a3\u75c5\u7387\u3001\u786e\u8bca\u75c5\u4f8b\u548c\u809d\u79fb\u690d\u75c5\u4f8b\u7684\u4f30\u8ba1\u6570\u636e\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u51fa\u7248\u7269\u5b58\u5728\u504f\u5dee\uff0c\u4e14\u6709\u65f6\u6570\u636e\u5df2\u8fc7\u65f6\u3002\u6539\u8fdb\u7684HCV\u60a3\u75c5\u7387\u4f30\u8ba1\u6570\u636e\u5c06\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u6307\u5bfc\u6bd4\u5229\u65f6\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u3001\u9884\u9632\u548c\u653f\u7b56\u5236\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u56fd\u5bb6\uff1a<\/strong> \u6bd4\u5229\u65f6<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-outline is-style-outline--1\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-text-color wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/25090833\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u9605\u8bfb\u5b8c\u6574\u62a5\u544a<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Summary Background The burden of hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection is significant and is increasing with the aging population.
