{"id":2678,"date":"2015-01-05T22:25:00","date_gmt":"2015-01-05T22:25:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cdafound.org\/?p=2678"},"modified":"2025-01-16T15:36:34","modified_gmt":"2025-01-16T15:36:34","slug":"forecasting-the-disease-burden-of-chronic-hepatitis-c-virus-in-poland","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cdafound.org\/zh\/forecasting-the-disease-burden-of-chronic-hepatitis-c-virus-in-poland\/","title":{"rendered":"\u9884\u6d4b\u6ce2\u5170\u6162\u6027\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u75be\u75c5\u8d1f\u62c5"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u6982\u62ec<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u80cc\u666f\u548c\u76ee\u6807<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6ce2\u5170\u670920\u4e07\u4eba\u611f\u67d3\u6162\u6027\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\uff1b\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5f88\u5c11\u6709\u4eba\u610f\u8bc6\u5230\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u75c5\u60c5\uff08\u786e\u8bca\u4eba\u6570\u4e3a3\u4e07\u4eba\uff09\uff0c\u63a5\u53d7\u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u4eba\u6570\u751a\u81f3\u66f4\u5c11\uff082014\u5e74\u4e3a2490\u4eba\uff09\u3002\u672c\u5206\u6790\u9884\u6d4b\u4e86\u672a\u6765\u7684\u75be\u75c5\u8d1f\u62c5\uff0c\u5e76\u5236\u5b9a\u4e86\u4e24\u79cd\u6cbb\u7597\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u4ee5\u63a7\u5236\u6216\u6d88\u9664\u6ce2\u5170\u7684\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\u76f8\u5173\u75be\u75c5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u65b9\u6cd5<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u91c7\u7528\u5efa\u6a21\u65b9\u6cd5\u91cf\u5316\u611f\u67d3\u4eba\u7fa4\u53ca\u5176\u672a\u6765\u75be\u75c5\u8fdb\u5c55\u3002\u57fa\u7ebf\u53d8\u91cf\u5305\u62ec\u75c5\u6bd2\u8840\u75c7\u60a3\u75c5\u7387\u3001\u5e74\u9f84\u548c\u6027\u522b\u3001\u8bca\u65ad\u7387\u3001\u6cbb\u7597\u7387\u3001\u75be\u75c5\u8fdb\u5c55\u548c\u6301\u7eed\u75c5\u6bd2\u5b66\u5e94\u7b54\u7387\u3002\u6570\u636e\u6536\u96c6\u81ea\u6587\u732e\u548c\u4e13\u5bb6\u8bbf\u8c08\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u7ed3\u679c<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9884\u8ba1\u5230 2030 \u5e74\uff0c\u6d41\u884c\u7684\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\u611f\u67d3\u6570\u91cf\u5c06\u51cf\u5c11\uff085%\uff09\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u60a3\u6709\u4ee3\u507f\u671f\u548c\u5931\u4ee3\u507f\u671f\u809d\u786c\u5316\u4ee5\u53ca\u809d\u7ec6\u80de\u764c\u7684\u4eba\u6570\u4f30\u8ba1\u5c06\u5206\u522b\u589e\u52a0 40\u300155 \u548c 60%\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u4ece 2015 \u5e74\u8d77\u5c06\u6301\u7eed\u75c5\u6bd2\u5b66\u5e94\u7b54\u7387\u63d0\u9ad8\u5230 95%\uff0c\u5e76\u5c06\u6cbb\u7597\u75c5\u4f8b\u6570\uff08\u4ece 2490 \u4f8b\u589e\u52a0\u5230 5000 \u4f8b\uff09\u3002\u9884\u8ba1\u5230 2030 \u5e74\uff0c\u809d\u786c\u5316\u3001\u5931\u4ee3\u507f\u671f\u809d\u786c\u5316\u548c\u809d\u7ec6\u80de\u764c\u7684\u4eba\u6570\u5c06\u4fdd\u6301\u4e0d\u53d8\u3002\u8fd8\u8003\u8651\u4e86\u4e00\u9879\u6d88\u9664\u6162\u6027\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u7b56\u7565\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u5c06\u603b\u611f\u67d3\u6570\u51cf\u5c11 90%\uff0c\u5c06\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7387\u51cf\u5c11 80%\uff0c\u6bcf\u5e74\u6cbb\u7597\u4eba\u6570\u589e\u52a0\u5230 15,000 \u540d\u60a3\u8005\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u65b9\u6848\u9700\u8981\u8bca\u65ad 15,000 \u4f8b\u65b0\u75c5\u4f8b\uff08\u800c\u73b0\u5728\u4e3a 3000 \u4f8b\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u7ed3\u8bba<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u968f\u7740\u8bca\u65ad\u548c\u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\u76f8\u5173\u75be\u75c5\u8d1f\u62c5\u6709\u671b\u663e\u8457\u964d\u4f4e\u3002\u8be5\u7814\u7a76\u7ed3\u679c\u6709\u671b\u4e3a\u6ce2\u5170\u5236\u5b9a\u6709\u6548\u7684\u75be\u75c5\u7ba1\u7406\u65b9\u6848\u63d0\u4f9b\u53c2\u8003\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u56fd\u5bb6\uff1a<\/strong> \u6ce2\u5170<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-outline is-style-outline--1\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-text-color wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/25426979\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u9605\u8bfb\u5b8c\u6574\u62a5\u544a<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Summary Background and Aims Chronic hepatitis C virus infection is prevalent among 200,000 individuals in Poland; however, few are aware of their condition (30,000 diagnosed) and even fewer are treated (2490 in 2014).
