{"id":2584,"date":"2017-01-30T17:06:00","date_gmt":"2017-01-30T17:06:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cdafound.org\/?p=2584"},"modified":"2025-01-15T03:34:06","modified_gmt":"2025-01-15T03:34:06","slug":"chronic-hepatitis-c-burden-and-care-cascade-in-australia-in-the-era-of-interferon-based-treatment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cdafound.org\/zh\/chronic-hepatitis-c-burden-and-care-cascade-in-australia-in-the-era-of-interferon-based-treatment\/","title":{"rendered":"\u5e72\u6270\u7d20\u6cbb\u7597\u65f6\u4ee3\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u6162\u6027\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u8d1f\u62c5\u548c\u62a4\u7406\u7ea7\u8054"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u6982\u62ec<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u80cc\u666f\u548c\u76ee\u7684<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8fd1\u671f\uff0c\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u5df2\u63a8\u51fa\u4e0d\u542b\u5e72\u6270\u7d20\u7684\u76f4\u63a5\u6297\u75c5\u6bd2\u7597\u6cd5\u6765\u6cbb\u7597\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2 (HCV) \u611f\u67d3\uff0c\u5f00\u542f\u4e86 HCV \u611f\u67d3\u4e34\u5e8a\u548c\u516c\u5171\u536b\u751f\u7ba1\u7406\u7684\u65b0\u7eaa\u5143\u3002\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a HCV \u611f\u67d3\u62a4\u7406\u7ea7\u8054\u548c\u8d1f\u62c5\u7684\u6700\u65b0\u8bc4\u4f30\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u4e3a\u8bc4\u4f30\u65e0\u5e72\u6270\u7d20\u7597\u6cd5\u7684\u672a\u6765\u5f71\u54cd\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u53ef\u9760\u7684\u5e73\u53f0\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u65b9\u6cd5<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u91c7\u7528\u5efa\u6a21\u65b9\u6cd5\u4f30\u7b97\u6162\u6027\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e (HCV) \u611f\u67d3\u8005\u53ca\u4e0d\u540c\u809d\u75c5\u9636\u6bb5\u7684\u4eba\u6570\u3002\u6a21\u578b\u53c2\u6570\u57fa\u4e8e\u56fd\u5bb6\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\u767b\u8bb0\u548c\u809d\u79fb\u690d\u767b\u8bb0\u6570\u636e\u3001\u6587\u732e\u7efc\u8ff0\u548c\u4e13\u5bb6\u5171\u8bc6\u3002HCV \u767b\u8bb0\u548c\u836f\u54c1\u798f\u5229\u8ba1\u5212 (PHS) \u6570\u636e\u7528\u4e8e\u4f30\u7b97\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u786e\u8bca\u4eba\u6570\u548c\u6cbb\u7597\u63a5\u53d7\u60c5\u51b5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u7ed3\u679c<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>2014 \u5e74\uff0c\u4f30\u8ba1\u6709 230 470 \u4eba\uff08\u8303\u56f4\uff1a180 490-243 990\uff09\u611f\u67d3 HCV\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d 751 \u4eba TP3T \u88ab\u8bca\u65ad\uff08n = 172 720\uff1b\u8303\u56f4\uff1a156 720-188 770\uff09\uff0c201 \u4eba TP3T \u66fe\u63a5\u53d7\u8fc7\u6cbb\u7597\uff08n = 45 000\uff1b\u8303\u56f4\uff1a39 280-50 720\uff09\uff0c111 \u4eba TP3T \u5df2\u6cbb\u6108\uff08n = 24 750\uff1b\u8303\u56f4\uff1a21 520-27 990\uff09\u3002\u5728 HCV \u611f\u67d3\u8005\u4e2d\uff0c\u809d\u7ea4\u7ef4\u5316\u5206\u671f \u2265F3 \u7684\u6bd4\u4f8b\u5728\u8fc7\u53bb\u5341\u5e74\u4e2d\u7ffb\u4e86\u4e00\u756a\uff0c\u4ece 2004 \u5e74\u7684 9%\uff08n = 18 580\uff09\u589e\u52a0\u5230 2014 \u5e74\u7684 19%\uff08n = 44,730\uff09\u3002\u5f00\u59cb HCV \u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u4e2a\u4f53\u4ece 1997 \u5e74\u7684 1100 \u4eba\u589e\u52a0\u5230 2007 \u5e74\u7684 3840 \u4eba\uff0c\u5728 2010 \u5e74\u4e4b\u524d\u4fdd\u6301\u7a33\u5b9a\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u5728 2014 \u5e74\u51cf\u5c11\u5230 2790 \u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u7ed3\u8bba<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\uff08HCV\uff09\u76f8\u5173\u809d\u75c5\u7684\u8d1f\u62c5\u663e\u8457\u589e\u52a0\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u786e\u8bca\u6bd4\u4f8b\u5f88\u9ad8\uff0c\u4f46\u6cbb\u7597\u63a5\u53d7\u7387\u4ecd\u7136\u5f88\u4f4e\uff0c\u8fc7\u53bb7\u5e74\u6ca1\u6709\u589e\u957f\u3002\u8981\u964d\u4f4e\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u7684HCV\u8d1f\u62c5\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u6269\u5927\u65e0\u5e72\u6270\u7d20HCV\u7597\u6cd5\u7684\u89c4\u6a21\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u56fd\u5bb6\uff1a<\/strong> \u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-outline is-style-outline--1\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-text-color wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/27197716\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u9605\u8bfb\u5b8c\u6574\u62a5\u544a<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Summary Background and aim Interferon-free direct-acting antiviral regimens for hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection have been recently available in Australia, beginning a new era in clinical and public health management of HCV infection.
