{"id":2580,"date":"2017-03-02T17:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-03-02T17:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cdafound.org\/?p=2580"},"modified":"2025-01-15T03:31:55","modified_gmt":"2025-01-15T03:31:55","slug":"hepatitis-c-virus-infection","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cdafound.org\/zh\/hepatitis-c-virus-infection\/","title":{"rendered":"\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\u611f\u67d3"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u6982\u62ec<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2 (HCV) \u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u55dc\u809d\u6027 RNA \u75c5\u6bd2\uff0c\u53ef\u5bfc\u81f4\u8fdb\u884c\u6027\u809d\u635f\u4f24\uff0c\u5e76\u53ef\u80fd\u5bfc\u81f4\u809d\u786c\u5316\u548c\u809d\u7ec6\u80de\u764c\u3002\u5168\u7403\u6709 6400 \u4e07\u81f3 1.03 \u4ebf\u4eba\u60a3\u6709\u6162\u6027\u611f\u67d3\u3002\u5728 HCV \u6d41\u884c\u7387\u9ad8\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u8840\u6e90\u6027\u75c5\u6bd2\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u5371\u9669\u56e0\u7d20\u662f\u4e0d\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u6ce8\u5c04\u6bd2\u54c1\u548c\u4e0d\u536b\u751f\u7684\u533b\u7597\u64cd\u4f5c\uff08\u533b\u6e90\u6027\u611f\u67d3\uff09\u3002\u8bca\u65ad\u7a0b\u5e8f\u5305\u62ec\u8840\u6e05 HCV \u6297\u4f53\u68c0\u6d4b\u3001HCV RNA \u6d4b\u5b9a\u3001\u75c5\u6bd2\u57fa\u56e0\u578b\u548c\u4e9a\u578b\u6d4b\u5b9a\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6700\u8fd1\u5bf9\u8010\u836f\u76f8\u5173\u57fa\u56e0\u66ff\u6362\u7684\u8bc4\u4f30\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u5df2\u6709\u591a\u79cd\u76f4\u63a5\u6297\u75c5\u6bd2\u836f\u7269 (DAA) \u4e0a\u5e02\uff0c\u5b83\u4eec\u9776\u5411\u53c2\u4e0e HCV \u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u5173\u952e\u6b65\u9aa4\u7684\u4e09\u79cd\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\uff1aNS3\/4A \u86cb\u767d\u9176\u3001NS5A \u86cb\u767d\u548c RNA \u4f9d\u8d56\u6027 RNA \u805a\u5408\u9176 NS5B \u86cb\u767d\u3002\u4e24\u79cd\u6216\u4e09\u79cdDAA\u836f\u7269\u8054\u5408\u4f7f\u7528\u53ef\u6cbb\u6108\uff08\u5b9a\u4e49\u4e3a\u6cbb\u7597\u540e12\u5468\u5185\u8fbe\u5230\u6301\u7eed\u75c5\u6bd2\u5b66\u5e94\u7b54\uff09\u8d85\u8fc790%\u7684\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\uff08HCV\uff09\u611f\u67d3\u60a3\u8005\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u8fc7\u53bb\u96be\u4ee5\u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u4eba\u7fa4\u3002\u53ea\u8981\u6ca1\u6709\u9884\u9632\u6027\u75ab\u82d7\uff0cHCV\u5927\u6d41\u884c\u5c31\u5fc5\u987b\u901a\u8fc7\u201c\u6cbb\u7597\u5373\u9884\u9632\u201d\u7684\u7b56\u7565\u3001\u6709\u6548\u7684\u7b5b\u67e5\u9879\u76ee\u548c\u5168\u7403\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u53ef\u53ca\u6027\u6765\u63a7\u5236\u3002<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-outline is-style-outline--1\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-text-color wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/28252637\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u9605\u8bfb\u5b8c\u6574\u62a5\u544a<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Summary Hepatitis C virus (HCV) is a hepatotropic RNA virus that causes progressive liver damage, which might result in liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma.
