{"id":2550,"date":"2017-10-12T16:12:00","date_gmt":"2017-10-12T16:12:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cdafound.org\/?p=2550"},"modified":"2025-01-15T03:25:30","modified_gmt":"2025-01-15T03:25:30","slug":"scenarios-to-manage-the-hepatitis-c-disease-burden-and-associated-economic-impact-of-treatment-in-turkey","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cdafound.org\/zh\/scenarios-to-manage-the-hepatitis-c-disease-burden-and-associated-economic-impact-of-treatment-in-turkey\/","title":{"rendered":"\u571f\u8033\u5176\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75be\u75c5\u8d1f\u62c5\u7ba1\u7406\u65b9\u6848\u53ca\u6cbb\u7597\u76f8\u5173\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5f71\u54cd"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u6982\u62ec<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u80cc\u666f<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2 (HCV) \u611f\u67d3\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u65e8\u5728\u8bc4\u4f30\u571f\u8033\u5176HCV\u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u6210\u672c\u6548\u76ca\uff0c\u5e76\u4f30\u7b97\u5176\u7ecf\u6d4e\u8d1f\u62c5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u65b9\u6cd5<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4f7f\u7528\u57fa\u4e8e Excel \u7684\u75be\u75c5\u8fdb\u5c55\u6a21\u578b\u4f30\u7b97 2015 \u5e74\u81f3 2030 \u5e74\u7684\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e (HCV) \u611f\u67d3\u4eba\u53e3\u3002\u76f4\u63a5\u6210\u672c\uff08\u4ee5\u7f8e\u5143 (USD) \u8ba1\u7b97\uff09\u5305\u62ec\u8bca\u65ad\u3001\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u548c\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u5065\u8d39\u7528\uff0c\u7531\u8be5\u56fd\u4e13\u5bb6\u63d0\u4f9b\u3002\u95f4\u63a5\u6210\u672c\u5219\u4f7f\u7528\u4e16\u754c\u536b\u751f\u7ec4\u7ec7 (WHO) \u5728\u5168\u7403\u75be\u75c5\u8d1f\u62c5\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u91c7\u7528\u7684\u4f24\u6b8b\u8c03\u6574\u751f\u547d\u5e74 (DALY) \u6307\u6807\uff0c\u4ee5\u751f\u4ea7\u529b\u635f\u5931\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\u4f30\u7b97\u3002\u4e3a\u4f30\u7b97 2030 \u5e74\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e (HCV) \u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u6210\u672c\u6548\u76ca\uff0c\u5236\u5b9a\u4e86\u4e09\u79cd\u60c5\u666f\uff1a\u4ee5 2016 \u5e74\u4e3a\u57fa\u51c6\u3001\u589e\u52a0\u6cbb\u7597\u91cf\u548c\u6301\u7eed\u75c5\u6bd2\u5b66\u5e94\u7b54 (SVR)\uff08\u5176\u4e2d SVR \u4e3a\u6301\u7eed\u75c5\u6bd2\u5b66\u5e94\u7b54\uff09\u4ee5\u53ca WHO \u76ee\u6807\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0cWHO \u76ee\u6807\u60c5\u666f\u5728\u4e09\u4e2a\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u4ef7\u683c\u70b9\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u8bc4\u4f30\uff1a10,900 \u7f8e\u5143\u300116,730 \u7f8e\u5143\uff08\u57fa\u51c6\u6210\u672c\uff09\u548c 27,285 \u7f8e\u5143\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u7ed3\u679c<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e16\u536b\u7ec4\u7ec7\u76ee\u6807\u60c5\u666f\u4e0b\u7684\u7d2f\u8ba1\u76f4\u63a5\u548c\u95f4\u63a5\u6210\u672c\uff082015-2030 \u5e74\uff09\u4f30\u8ba1\u4e3a 108 \u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u4e0e 2016 \u5e74\u57fa\u51c6\u76f8\u6bd4\u589e\u52a0\u4e86 1.5 %\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5230\u63a5\u4e0b\u6765\u7684\u5341\u5e74\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e DALY \u7684\u660e\u663e\u4e0b\u964d\uff0c\u7d2f\u8ba1\u76f4\u63a5\u548c\u95f4\u63a5\u6210\u672c\u4f30\u8ba1\u4e0e 2016 \u5e74\u57fa\u51c6\u76f8\u6bd4\u51cf\u5c11\u4e86 45 %\u3002\u5728 9125 \u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u95e8\u69db\u4e0b\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u60c5\u666f\u90fd\u5177\u6709\u6210\u672c\u6548\u76ca\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u7ed3\u8bba<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u901a\u8fc7\u5b9e\u65bd\u4e16\u754c\u536b\u751f\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u76ee\u6807\u60c5\u666f\uff0c\u5230 2030 \u5e74\uff0c\u571f\u8033\u5176\u5c06\u80fd\u591f\u5c06 HCV \u60a3\u75c5\u7387\u964d\u4f4e 80 %\uff0c\u5e76\u5c06\u809d\u810f\u76f8\u5173\u6b7b\u4ea1\u603b\u6570\u51cf\u5c11 65 % \u4ee5\u4e0a\u3002\u5982\u679c\u8003\u8651\u5230\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u5065\u548c\u95f4\u63a5\u6210\u672c\uff0c\u5728\u8be5\u56fd\u6cbb\u7597 HCV \u611f\u67d3\u662f\u5177\u6709\u6210\u672c\u6548\u76ca\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u56fd\u5bb6\uff1a<\/strong> \u706b\u9e21<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-outline is-style-outline--1\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-text-color wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/29027109\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u9605\u8bfb\u5b8c\u6574\u62a5\u544a<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Summary Background Hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection is a significant health problem.
