{"id":2523,"date":"2016-06-01T23:16:00","date_gmt":"2016-06-01T23:16:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cdafound.org\/?p=2523"},"modified":"2025-01-15T20:28:13","modified_gmt":"2025-01-15T20:28:13","slug":"mitigating-the-burden-of-hepatitis-c-virus-among-people-who-inject-drugs-in-belgium","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cdafound.org\/zh\/mitigating-the-burden-of-hepatitis-c-virus-among-people-who-inject-drugs-in-belgium\/","title":{"rendered":"\u51cf\u8f7b\u6bd4\u5229\u65f6\u6ce8\u5c04\u6bd2\u54c1\u8005\u7684\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\u8d1f\u62c5"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u6982\u62ec<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u80cc\u666f\u548c\u76ee\u6807<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>2010\u5e74\uff0c\u6bd4\u5229\u65f6\u4f30\u8ba1\u670910100\u540d\u6ce8\u5c04\u5438\u6bd2\u8005\uff08PWID\uff09\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d431\u540d\uff08341-571\uff09\u611f\u67d3\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\uff08HCV\uff09\u3002\u4e86\u89e3\u9ad8\u5371\u4eba\u7fa4\u4e2d\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u4f20\u64ad\u52a8\u6001\u5e76\u8bc4\u4f30\u6539\u8fdb\u7684\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u6cbb\u7597\u7b56\u7565\u7684\u6f5c\u5728\u5f71\u54cd\u9700\u8981\u53ef\u9760\u7684\u6d41\u884c\u75c5\u5b66\u6570\u636e\u548c\u6570\u5b66\u5efa\u6a21\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>\u65b9\u6cd5<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4f7f\u7528\u961f\u5217\u6a21\u578b\u8ffd\u8e2a\u666e\u901a\u6ce8\u5c04\u5438\u6bd2\u8005\u3001\u975e\u6ce8\u5c04\u5438\u6bd2\u8005\uff08OST\uff09\u548c\u975e\u6ce8\u5c04\u5438\u6bd2\u8005\uff08NSP\uff09\u4e2d\u6d3b\u8dc3\u6ce8\u5c04\u5438\u6bd2\u8005\u7684\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\uff08HCV\uff09\u53d1\u75c5\u7387\u548c\u60a3\u75c5\u7387\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u5efa\u7acbHCV\u4f20\u64ad\u6a21\u578b\u3002\u6a21\u578b\u5047\u8bbe\u6e90\u81ea\u5df2\u53d1\u8868\u7684\u6587\u732e\u548c\u4e13\u5bb6\u5171\u8bc6\u3002\u6a21\u578b\u8fd8\u8003\u8651\u4e86\u589e\u52a0\u63a5\u53d7\u65b0\u578b\u53e3\u670d\u76f4\u63a5\u6297\u75c5\u6bd2\u836f\u7269\uff08DAA\uff09\u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u6ce8\u5c04\u5438\u6bd2\u8005\u6570\u91cf\u7684\u76f8\u5bf9\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>\u7ed3\u679c<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u76ee\u524d\u7684\u4f20\u64ad\u6a21\u5f0f\u7ee7\u7eed\u4e0b\u53bb\uff0c\u5230 2030 \u5e74\u5c06\u6709 2645 \u540d HCV \u611f\u67d3\u7684 PWID\u3002\u5230 2030 \u5e74\uff0c\u6bcf\u5e74\u4f7f\u7528\u53e3\u670d DAA \u6cbb\u7597 30 \u540d\uff082015 \u5e74\u4eba\u53e3\u7684 1%\uff09\u6216 120 \u540d\uff082015 \u5e74\u4eba\u53e3\u7684 4%\uff09HCV \u611f\u67d3\u7684 PWID \u5c06\u5206\u522b\u5bfc\u81f4 HCV \u611f\u67d3\u7684 PWID \u51cf\u5c11 5% \u548c 25%\u3002\u6bcf\u5e74\u6cbb\u7597 370 \u540d PWID\uff082015 \u5e74\u4eba\u53e3\u7684 12.5%\uff09\u5c06\u5bfc\u81f4\u5230 2030 \u5e74\u51cf\u5c11 &gt; 90%\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>\u7ed3\u8bba<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6cbb\u7597\u5c11\u91cf\u6ce8\u5c04\u5438\u6bd2\u8005\u53ef\u663e\u8457\u964d\u4f4e\u8be5\u4eba\u7fa4\u7684\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\u611f\u67d3\u7387\uff1b\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u9ad8\u5f3a\u5ea6\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u624d\u80fd\u51cf\u5c11\u75c5\u6bd2\u5e93\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u964d\u4f4e\u7ee7\u53d1\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u672c\u5206\u6790\u652f\u6301\u5728\u6ce8\u5c04\u5438\u6bd2\u8005\u4e2d\u5b9e\u65bd\u7b5b\u67e5\u548c\u6cbb\u7597\u7b56\u7565\uff0c\u5e76\u7ed3\u5408\u6269\u5927\u5371\u5bb3\u51cf\u5c11\u9879\u76ee\u3002<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-outline is-style-outline--1\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-text-color wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/27382943\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u9605\u8bfb\u5b8c\u6574\u62a5\u544a<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Summary Background and Aims In 2010, there were an estimated 10 100 PWID in Belgium and 43% (34%-57%) were HCV infected.
