{"id":6065,"date":"2023-09-08T17:27:37","date_gmt":"2023-09-08T17:27:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cdafound.org\/?page_id=6065"},"modified":"2023-09-08T18:08:56","modified_gmt":"2023-09-08T18:08:56","slug":"global-epidemiology-and-genotype-distribution-of-the-hepatitis-c-virus-infection","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/cdafound.org\/zh\/publications\/global-epidemiology-and-genotype-distribution-of-the-hepatitis-c-virus-infection\/","title":{"rendered":"\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u5168\u7403\u6d41\u884c\u75c5\u5b66\u548c\u57fa\u56e0\u578b\u5206\u5e03"},"content":{"rendered":"<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"153\" height=\"204\" src=\"https:\/\/cdafound.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/image.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6066\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdafound.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/image.jpeg 153w, https:\/\/cdafound.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/image-9x12.jpeg 9w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 153px) 100vw, 153px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/25086286\">Gower E, Estes C, Blach S \u7b49\u3002\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u5168\u7403\u6d41\u884c\u75c5\u5b66\u548c\u57fa\u56e0\u578b\u5206\u5e03\u3002\u300a\u809d\u810f\u75c5\u5b66\u6742\u5fd7\u300b2014\uff1b61\uff1aS45-S57\u3002<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u968f\u7740\u6cbb\u7597\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u5feb\u901f\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u672a\u6765\u51e0\u5e74\u6162\u6027\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2 (HCV) \u611f\u67d3\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u53d1\u751f\u663e\u8457\u53d8\u5316\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u5c1a\u672a\u4f7f\u7528\u6700\u65b0\u6570\u636e\u5bf9\u5168\u7403\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u7684\u6162\u6027\u611f\u67d3\u8d1f\u62c5\u8fdb\u884c\u91cf\u5316\u3002HCV \u611f\u67d3\u7387\u3001\u75c5\u6bd2\u8840\u75c7\u548c\u57fa\u56e0\u578b\u7684\u6700\u65b0\u4f30\u8ba1\u503c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5236\u5b9a\u63a7\u5236\u6216\u6d88\u9664 HCV \u611f\u67d3\u7684\u7b56\u7565\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u4e3a\u6b64\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5bf9\u6240\u6709\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u6297 HCV \u611f\u67d3\u7387\u3001\u75c5\u6bd2\u8840\u75c7\u611f\u67d3\u7387\u548c\u57fa\u56e0\u578b\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u5168\u9762\u7684\u6587\u732e\u68c0\u7d22\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u7eb3\u5165\u57fa\u4e8e\u5176\u5916\u63a8\u81f3\u4e00\u822c\u4eba\u7fa4\u7684\u51c6\u786e\u6027\u3001\u6837\u672c\u91cf\u548c\u7814\u7a76\u5e74\u9f84\u3002\u73b0\u6709\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\u4f30\u8ba1\u503c\u88ab\u7528\u4e8e\u5236\u5b9a\u533a\u57df\u548c\u5168\u7403\u4f30\u8ba1\u503c\u300287 \u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u62a5\u544a\u4e86\u6297 HCV \u611f\u67d3\u7387\uff0c\u800c 54 \u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684 HCV \u75c5\u6bd2\u8840\u75c7\u7387\u5df2\u516c\u5e03\u3002\u5168\u7403 HCV \u75c5\u6bd2\u8840\u75c7\u611f\u67d3\u603b\u6570\u4f30\u8ba1\u4e3a 8000 \u4e07\uff086400 \u4e07\u81f3 1.03 \u4ebf\uff09\u300298 \u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u578b\u5206\u5e03\u5df2\u516c\u5e03\u3002\u5728\u5168\u7403\u8303\u56f4\u5185\uff0c\u57fa\u56e0\u578b1 (G1) \u6700\u4e3a\u5e38\u89c1 (46%)\uff0c\u5176\u6b21\u662f G3 (22%)\u3001G2 (13%) \u548c G4 (13%)\u3002\u603b\u800c\u8a00\u4e4b\uff0c\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u62a5\u544a\u7684\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\u611f\u67d3\u603b\u6570\u4f4e\u4e8e\u4e4b\u524d\u7684\u4f30\u8ba1\u503c\u3002\u6392\u9664\u4e86\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\u6d41\u884c\u9ad8\u5cf0\u671f\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u65e9\u671f\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6839\u636e\u513f\u7ae5\u60a3\u75c5\u7387\u7684\u4e0b\u964d\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u8c03\u6574\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u9020\u6210\u8fd9\u4e00\u7ed3\u679c\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u7ed3\u679c\u5f3a\u8c03\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u5f00\u5c55\u66f4\u5f3a\u6709\u529b\u7684\u76d1\u6d4b\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u4ee5\u66f4\u51c6\u786e\u5730\u91cf\u5316\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\u75be\u75c5\u8d1f\u62c5\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gower E, Estes C, Blach S, et al.
