L&#039;\u00e9pid\u00e9miologie du VHC est diversifi\u00e9e dans les cantons suisses, c&#039;est pourquoi des strat\u00e9gies de d\u00e9pistage et de traitement au niveau cantonal doivent \u00eatre d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es. Cette \u00e9tude visait \u00e0 identifier des sc\u00e9narios pour parvenir \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9limination du VHC dans le canton de Berne d&#039;ici 2030. Un mod\u00e8le pr\u00e9existant de la charge de morbidit\u00e9 de Markov a \u00e9t\u00e9 rempli avec des donn\u00e9es pour Berne et utilis\u00e9 pour pr\u00e9voir la pr\u00e9valence actuelle et future du VHC, les d\u00e9c\u00e8s annuels li\u00e9s au foie (LRD). ), et l&#039;incidence du carcinome h\u00e9patocellulaire et de la cirrhose d\u00e9compens\u00e9e jusqu&#039;en 2030.
