Pour des \u00e9pid\u00e9mies comme celle du virus de l&#039;h\u00e9patite C (VHC), un acc\u00e8s r\u00e9duit au traitement augmente la pr\u00e9valence et l&#039;incidence, rendant la maladie infectieuse de plus en plus difficile \u00e0 g\u00e9rer. L&#039;objectif de l&#039;\u00e9tude actuelle \u00e9tait de construire et de tester un mod\u00e8le de tarification alternatif, le Payer License Agreement (PLA), et de d\u00e9terminer s&#039;il pouvait am\u00e9liorer les r\u00e9sultats, r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts et encourager l&#039;innovation par rapport au mod\u00e8le de tarification unitaire actuel.
