Le minist\u00e8re \u00e9gyptien de la Sant\u00e9 a lanc\u00e9 une campagne nationale pour la d\u00e9tection et la prise en charge du VHC afin de r\u00e9duire son fardeau. Cette \u00e9tude vise \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser une analyse co\u00fbt-efficacit\u00e9 pour \u00e9valuer les co\u00fbts et les avantages du programme national \u00e9gyptien de d\u00e9pistage et de traitement. Un mod\u00e8le de charge de morbidit\u00e9 et d&#039;impact \u00e9conomique a \u00e9t\u00e9 rempli avec les donn\u00e9es du programme national \u00e9gyptien de d\u00e9pistage et de traitement pour \u00e9valuer les co\u00fbts m\u00e9dicaux directs, les effets sur la sant\u00e9 mesur\u00e9s en ann\u00e9es de vie ajust\u00e9es sur l&#039;incapacit\u00e9 et le rapport co\u00fbt-efficacit\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire.
