Avec les h\u00e9patites A et E, le nombre de cas incidents (nouvelles infections aigu\u00ebs) est important du point de vue de la sant\u00e9 publique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;h\u00e9patite \u00e0 long terme peut provoquer une cirrhose et un carcinome h\u00e9patocellulaire chez les patients. La charge de morbidit\u00e9 associ\u00e9e aux h\u00e9patites B, C et D appara\u00eet 10 \u00e0 20 ans apr\u00e8s l&#039;infection. Ainsi, la pr\u00e9valence de ces infections est importante du point de vue de la sant\u00e9 publique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il y avait environ 3,4 (0,5 \u00e0 6,5) millions de cas symptomatiques d&#039;h\u00e9patite A en 2005, 292 (251 \u00e0 341) millions d&#039;h\u00e9patite B chronique en 2016, 71,1 (62,5 \u00e0 79,4) millions d&#039;h\u00e9patite C chronique en 2015, 23,9 (10,4 \u00e0 27,6) millions d&#039;h\u00e9patites chroniques D en 2016, et 69\u00a0622 (12\u00a0400 \u00e0 132\u00a0732) nouveaux cas d&#039;h\u00e9patite E en 2005.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les d\u00e9c\u00e8s annuels associ\u00e9s aux infections \u00e0 h\u00e9patite virale sont de 35 245 pour l&#039;h\u00e9patite A en 2005, 884 000 pour l&#039;h\u00e9patite B en 2015, 400 000 pour l&#039;h\u00e9patite C en 2015 et 69 622 pour l&#039;h\u00e9patite E en 2005.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-outline is-style-outline--1\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-text-color wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/32389357\/\" style=\"border-radius:6px;color:#951b23\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lire le rapport complet<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Summary Viral hepatitis (hepatitis A, B, C, D, and E) is the leading cause of inflammation of liver tissue (hepatitis).
