L\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9vation du taux d\u2019alanine aminotransf\u00e9rase (ALAT) pendant le traitement peut \u00eatre associ\u00e9e \u00e0 une vir\u00e9mie persistante (<a href=\"https:\/\/pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/articles\/PMC4699597\/#b3-cjgh-29-407\">3<\/a>\u2013<a href=\"https:\/\/pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/articles\/PMC4699597\/#b5-cjgh-29-407\">5<\/a>). La valeur de la r\u00e9ponse enzymatique dans la pr\u00e9diction de la r\u00e9ponse virologique soutenue (RVS) et de la rechute n&#039;est pas claire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons \u00e9valu\u00e9 le r\u00f4le des taux d\u2019ALAT et d\u2019ASAT au d\u00e9but et \u00e0 la semaine 4 dans la pr\u00e9diction de la r\u00e9ponse du VHC au traitement antiviral \u00e0 base d\u2019interf\u00e9ron.
