Para epidemias como la del virus de la hepatitis C (VHC), el acceso reducido al tratamiento aumenta la prevalencia y la incidencia, lo que hace que la enfermedad infecciosa sea cada vez m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil de manejar. El objetivo del estudio actual era construir y probar un modelo de precios alternativo, el Acuerdo de Licencia de Pagador (PLA), y determinar si podr\u00eda mejorar los resultados, reducir costos e incentivar la innovaci\u00f3n en comparaci\u00f3n con el modelo actual de precios basados en unidades.
